Withdrawal from booth booking

Any withdrawal from a booth booking shall only be valid if received in writing by the event organiser. In the event of a withdrawal, the event organiser shall make the following repayment:

- before 30 June 2024: 50 % of booth rental
- from 1 July 2024: no repayment
