Fees are including all conference activities, conference documents, lunch and refreshments.

Terms of Cancellation
| Cancellation of participation can only be refunded if the cancellation is received in time: | |

| from 8 August 2024 | no refund possible |
The participation fee for presenting authors (for all kinds of presentations) whose papers were accepted for the programme cannot be refunded in any case.
